there was a lot of interest in horror anime movies the folks who put together bloodlust had lots of material to work with too seeing his vampire hunter d had years and years of manga to draw from thankfully you don't need to be a vampire hunter expert to drop right into bloodlust.

We've got Kakurembo hide and seek for something a little shorter and spookier look no further than this gem it's not bloody and gory like a lot of the other offerings on this list but it creates an oppressive and creepy atmosphere and delivers on it the big time,

it's all about children in creepy animal masks playing hide and seek in the ruins of an abandoned city sounds like a horrifying time right well in addition to the inherent creepiness of children in masks running around in the shadows we've also got the mysterious disappearance of said children one by one.

We've got blood the last vampire more vampires more blood hell, yeah this one takes a little bit of a different approach than vampire hunter divo we've got a young vampire hunter who may or may not be the original vampire and,

I suppose the creatures she hunts are a little different than the standard fare too the movie was so well received that it spawned light novel adaptations video games two alternate universe anime series and a live-action movie but we don't talk about the live-action movie,

so in blood the last vampire we meet a young assassin named saya her whole purpose is to hunt chiropterans who are the weird grotesque and freaky vampires that inhabit this world.

We've got wicked city are you ready for this wicked city is a crazy neon-tinged neo-noir horror mystery with an absolute banger soundtrack & the movie is all about a battle between the demon world and the human world,

plenty of nasty demons has made their way onto the human side of things by pretending to be people this results in all sorts of lunacy from a woman turning into a spider monster mid-coitus and proceeding to fire demon webs out of her private parts.
